मूली सांगो स्प्राउट में स्वादिष्ट और रसीले-मसालेदार पत्ते होते हैं। वे थोड़े मसालेदार होते हैं, मोटे तौर पर रॉकेट के बराबर होते हैं।
रेडीज सांगो स्प्राउट्स को पत्तियों के गहरे बैंगनी रंग की विशेषता होती है, जो जड़ में एक नाजुक गुलाबी रंग में बदल जाता है। रसीले-मसालेदार पत्तों का स्वाद थोड़ा तीखा होता है। चूंकि पौधे बहुत तेजी से विकसित होते हैं, इसलिए कुछ दिनों के बाद ही कटाई की जा सकती है।

- बुवाई से पहले बीज को पानी से अच्छी तरह धो लें
- बीजों को कागज़ के तौलिये की एक परत, या बारीक छना हुआ वर्मीक्यूलाइट, या थोड़ी मात्रा में मिट्टी रहित मिश्रण से ढका जा सकता है
- अंकुरण डिश या ट्रे जिसमें बीज हों, को एक उज्ज्वल स्थान पर रखें, लेकिन सीधे धूप में नहीं
- बीजों को दिन में दो बार पानी दें
- वे आसानी से पनपते हैं, देखभाल करने में आसान होते हैं और साल भर बढ़ते रहते हैं
- 3-5 दिनों में अंकुरण हो जाएगा और आप अंकुरण के बाद 6-9 दिनों में रेडीज़ सांगो स्प्राउट्स की कटाई कर सकते हैं

I does not look like the plant i ordered i looks diffent than what others have posted in reviews and what is shown in description planning to return if possible......SORRY FOR THE EARLIER REVIEW.......you have sent the correct plant but the packaging was so good that my family didnt open the whole thing and sent the picture along with the other palnt i dont know why the other palnt was inchuded in tha package......once again sorry for the mistake i have received the correct plant. But i dont know about the size its too small maybe around 2 inches wide still looks good thank you
